Hey what's up? I'm Justin, 21 and a senior at Seton Hall University. Majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Advertising. Hopefully getting into the Ad World when I graduate. I used to write poetry religiously, and now I write every so often. I'm constantly busy with school. I'm a soccer player, snowboarder, and used to be a track runner. This blog is the surplus of ideas that collect in my brain. I find inspiration from experiences, my family, and my friends. They all deserve all the recognition in the world. Where would I be without them?

Our Eternal Struggle: Fight or Flight

So here the question is:
The ongoing struggle between
FIGHT OR FLIGHT.
It's only human,
It's only real.


We'll pass notes in the hallways,
Whispering with no need to.


Intensity. Adrenaline.
Overwhelmed with such emotion.
You're torn between
confrontation and devotion.



We've mastered the looks
in each other's eyes.
With only these,
Our spirits rise.


Take to flight? Let yours wings
be your means to your seclusion;
Protection from forseen pain.



We sense the storm brewing,
and yet, we so readily delve
into such a situation.


Stay to fight. For consequence
is but a mirage and you're the
only one who see's it.


Walk into the winds.
Battle is such a beauty.
Our time is closing in.
